1 insertion, up to 15 words, $6.00. Each additional word 40¢. Ads may be bordered or enhanced for $1.00 extra. Minimum billing $12.50 (Classifieds will not be accepted via e-mail)

Free Personal ads
to run when space available. May bring to either office or submit by mail, 15 word limit. (May be up to three weeks or longer before ad runs.)

Church Discount
Churches (with a 501-C Classification) will receive a 25% discount when ad copy is recieved by Thursday.

Discounts are available for re-runs, early copy and mutli-run. 10% off cost of any size display ad when copy is in by Wednesday. All discounts are shown on invoice. Please inquire for more information.

5 Week Special
5 week special available for all ads, (display or classified) pay in advance for 4 weeks, get the 5th week FREE. (cannot be combined with other discount, must be the same ad for all weeks.)

Non-Profit 25% OFF
Charity organizations with a 501C Classification will receive a discount of 25% off when the ad copy is receieved by Thursday.

Total market coverage of over 20,000 copies each Tuesday. Primary distribution to homes by local adult carriers and additional rack copies distributed in high traffic areas. As a Free Community Advertising Paper, the Bargain Browser covers Robertson County and western Sumner County. We grow as the market grows. Zoning is available, call for rates, MININUM QUANTITY OF 3,000 INSERTS. Deadline for insert notification - Thursday, noon the week before publication.

Additional charges:

$25.00 for local pickup of inserts

$25.00 for late notification (after noon, Thursday).

$25.00 if order cancelled after Thursday, noon the week before publication.

Policies
1. The publisher reserves the right to edit or reject any or all advertising copy, deemed not in the company or public interest. All copy is subject to the publisher's approval

2. The Browser will not be responsible for claims resulting from a typographical error beyond the cost of the space involved and affected by the error. No responsibility will be assumed for MORE THAN ONE incorrect insertion.

3. Claims of errors must be made withing 21 days following publication.

4. No extra charge is made for a minimal amount of artwork or layout. Custom artwork is available at additional cost.

5. Screens or half tones (photographs) may be used if more than 2 per 1/4 page of space, a charge of $3.00 for each additional photo will be made. Other charges may also apply.

6. Outproofs will be shown on ads of 1/2 page or larger, when requested and submitted to the Browser before Thursday, noon. There will be a $10.00 proof charge for any ad under 1/2 page. All proof corrections and changes become the responsibility of the customer and must be in our office before noon, Friday. Changes other than corrections may incur additional production charges.

7. Composition time, at overtime rate, will be charges for copy changes, contrary to the original layout.

8. The advertiser or advertising agency shall pay the cost of composition of advertising set but not used.

9. The Browser reserves the right to limit color availability due to volume requirements on any given publishing day.

10. Position request cannot be guaranteed if less than a full page. All requests subject to availability.

11. The Browser reserves the right to omit all late copy when not obtained in time to conform with published deadline or when production costs would be materially increased by acceptance.

12. Any deviation from the terms, policies & prices set forth above must be approved by publisher in writing.

Terms & Conditions
Invoices due upon receipt, considered past due after 30 days from run date. All past due balances subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month, 18% annual ($2.50 minimum charge). All invoiced discounts forfeited if invoice is past due.
